Packaging All artworks are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transport. Canvas works are securely wrapped and provided with corner protection where needed.
Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. During busy periods or public holidays, this may take slightly longer.
Damage during transport If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@artbyjuul.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not reimbursed by ARTBYJUUL. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges
